四黄湿敷液治疗急性闭合性软组织损伤368例

Clinical Efficacy of Acute Close Traumatism of Soft Tissue Treated by Sihuang Wet Liquid

目的 :观察四黄湿敷液治疗急性闭合性软组织损伤的临床疗效。方法:368例急性闭合性软组织损伤患者随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组使用四黄湿敷液,对照组使用红花油,于用药后第1天、3天、5天、7天分别观察记录临床主证:疼痛、肿胀、瘀斑、局部压痛、功能障碍并评分。结果:四黄湿敷液治疗急性闭合性软组织损伤疗效显著,总有效率达91.30%,远高于对照组70.11%的总有效率,观察3天后观察组观察指标总积分下降明显要优于对照组,通过临床观察发现四黄湿敷液缓解疼痛、局部压痛疗效显著,治疗后1天疼痛、局部压痛积分下降与对照组比较差异显著,治疗后3天肿胀积分下降与对照组比较差异显著,治疗后5天瘀斑、功能障碍积分下降与对照组比较差异显著。结论 :四黄湿敷液治疗急性闭合性软组织损伤疗效显著,对急性闭合性软组织损伤早期疼痛、肿胀、瘀斑、局部压痛、功能障碍等症状体征均有明显的缓解作用。

Objective： To study the clinical efficacy of acute close traumatism of soft tissue treated by Sihuang Wet liquid. Methods： 368 acute close traumatism of soft tissue patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,treatment group using Sihuang Wet liquid,control group using Safflower oil,In 1,3,5,7 days after therapy main clinical symptoms of Pain,swelling,ecchymosis,local tenderness and dysfunction were recorded and rated. Results Sihuang Wet liquid have efficacious treatment of acute close traumatism of soft tissue,the total effective rate was 91. 30%,far higher than 70. 11% of the control group,in 3 days after treatment the treatment group decreased significantly to observation indicators of total score than the control group,through clinical observation find out Sihuang Wet liquid can effectively relieve signs and symptoms of Pain and local tenderness,in 1 day after treatment points of pain and local tenderness compared with the control group declined significantly different,in 3 day after treatment points of swelling compared with the control group declined significantly different,in 5 day after treatment points of ecchymosis and dysfunction compared with the control group declined significantly different Conclusions： Sihuang Wet liquid have efficacious treatment of acute close traumatism of soft tissue,can effectively relieve signs and symptoms of Pain,swelling,ecchymosis,local tenderness and dysfunction On the early acute close traumatism of soft tissue.
