Survey Report of Training Situation of Free and Oriented General Practitioner of TCM in Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine

目的:为了解目前江西中医药大学免费定向中医全科医生培养现状以及存在的问题,从而提出完善我校免费定向中医全科培养模式的意见建议。方法:对我校102名本科中医全科定向培养医学生发放自制调查问卷。结果:67%的全科医学生对学校目前的培养模式满意,大多学生希望学校能增加临床实践课时、寒暑假社区医院的实习时间、给予提升学历的机会和增设中医经典及西医课程等。结论:学校应当建议政府提供更多优惠政策、优化课程设置、配备优质的任课和带教老师、改善传统的教学方式、考虑联合办学等方式,完善中医全科医生培养模式。

Objective： To understand the current training situation and problems of free orientated general practitioner of Traditional Chinese Medicine in JUTCM,and to put forward better suggestions for training mode of general practitioner of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Method： Sending self-made questionnaire to 102 undergraduate general practitioner of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Results：67% of general practitioners were satisfied with the current training mode of JUTCM,and the majority of students hope that university can add clinical practice hours,increase summer and winter community hospital internship time,enhance the opportunity to promote education background and add Classical Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine Courses. Conclusion： JUTCM should improve the training mode of general practitioner of traditional Chinese medicine by following ways： suggesting the government providing more preferential policies,optimizing the curriculum,equipping high-quality teachers,improving the traditional teaching methods and considering joint education.
