中医“治未病”思想在恶性肿瘤全程防治中的作用研究

在恶性肿瘤发生率日益增加、治愈效果不甚理想的今天,对其早期的防护、诊治显得尤为重要。"治未病"是中国传统文化的精髓,为中华民族防病治病、繁衍昌盛及健康长寿作出了不可磨灭的贡献。"治未病"思想包括未病先防、已病早治、既病防变、瘥后防复等四个方面的内容。在"治未病"思想的指导下,将中医整体观念、辨证论治等思想运用于恶性肿瘤各个阶段的防护与治疗,对于预防恶性肿瘤发生、控制恶性肿瘤发展及防止恶性肿瘤的复发和转移具有重要的现实意义。

It is very important in protection,diagnosis and treatment malignant tumor early because of the incidence of malignant tumor increased and cure effect not very ideal. The thought of ＂ preventive treatment of disease＂ as the essence of Traditional Chinese Medicine has made an indelible contribution in prevention and treatment,thriving and health life for the Chinese nation. The idea of ＂ preventive treatment of disease＂ of TCM including four aspects of content as follows： prevention before illness,treatment when the disease happens,prevention the disease continues to change,prevention repeated when the disease has been cured. There will be a very important significance using the theory of holistic concept,idea of treatment based on syndrome differentiation in the whole course of malignant tumor such as Prevention malignant tumor occurrence,controlling malignant tumor development,prevention malignant tumor recurrence and metastasis under the guidance of the thought of ＂preventive treatment of disease＂.
