慈芦消肿合剂配合肢体锻炼和局部按摩治疗乳腺癌术后上肢淋巴水肿28例

Cilu Detumescence Mixture Combined with Limb Exercise and Local Massages in the Treatment of Upper Limb Lymphedema after Breast Cancer Operation for 28 Cases

目的:观察自拟慈芦消肿合剂内服外用配合肢体锻炼、局部按摩治疗乳腺癌术后上肢淋巴水肿在改善临床症状和提高患者生活质量方面的疗效。方法:选取临床确诊乳腺癌并排除远处转移、伴有淋巴水肿患者60例,随机分为两组各30例,实际有效病例观察组28例、对照组29例。对照组采用口服地奥司明片配合患肢功能锻炼及局部按摩治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予慈芦消肿合剂内外合治。观察两组患肢肿胀度、肩关节活动改善情况、压痛及卡氏评分的差异。结果:观察组改善上肢肿胀、肩关节活动度、压痛及卡氏评分的效果均优于对照组。结论:慈芦消肿合剂治疗乳腺癌术后上肢水肿在改善临床症状及提高患者生活质量方面有确切疗效。

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of Ci Lu detumescence mixture combined with limb exercise and local massages treatment of upper limb lymphedema after breast cancer operation in clinical symptoms and improving quality of life. Methods： Clinical diagnosis of breast cancer 60 cases,excluding distant metastasis and cases with lymphedema,were randomly divided into two groups of the 30 cases,effective cases of 29 cases in the control group,28 cases in the treatment group. The control group were treated by limb functional exercise,local massages and oral administration of Diosmin tablets. The treatment group were given Ci Lu detumescence mixture on the basis of the control group. Patients in two groups were observed in limb swelling,shoulder joint live move to improve the situation,tenderness and difference karnofsy score. Results： The treatment group in patients with upper limb swelling,shoulder joint activity,tenderness and karnofsky score,the effect was better than the control group. Conclusion： Ci Lu detumescence mixture treating breast cancer postoperative upper limb edema has a definite effect in clinical symptoms and improving quality of life.
