肩关节镜联合紫金丹外敷治疗原发性冻结肩24例

Shoulder Arthroscopy Combined with External Application of Zijindan in the Treatment of Primary Frozen Shoulder for 24 Cases

目的:观察肩关节镜联合紫金丹外敷治疗原发性冻结肩的临床疗效。方法:选取2015年10月—2017年1月在我科住院的原发性冻结肩患者48例,随机分为观察组和对照组各24例。两组患者均给予肩关节镜治疗,观察组加用中药紫金丹外敷治疗。两组治疗前后采用VAS评分法评定肩关节疼痛程度,比较两组间的疗效差异。结果:两组患者肩关节功能均较治疗前明显改善,组间比较,观察组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:肩关节镜联合紫金丹外敷治疗原发性冻结肩损伤小,可快速缓解疼痛、早期行功能锻炼,适合临床推广。

Objective： To observe the curative effect of shoulder arthroscopy combined with external application of Zijindan treatment of primary frozen shoulder. Methods： In october 2015 to January 2017 in our hospital diagnosed as 48 patients with frozen shoulder,randomly divided into two groups,the observation group and the control group respectively. Two groups of patients were treated by arthroscopic shoulder,the control group added external application of Zijindan. VAS score method was used to assess degree of shoulder joint pain before and after the treatment. Results： Shoulder joint function were improved variously than that before treatment in two groups,and the curative effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group（P 0. 01）. Conclusions： Shoulder arthroscopy combined with external application of Zijindan treatment of primary frozen shoulder have less damage. It can relieve quickly pain and exercise early,which is suitable for clinical promotion.
