针刺双侧蝶腭神经节治疗过敏性鼻炎26例

Therapeutic Effect of Treatment Allergic Rhinitis with Acupuncture Bilateral Sphenopalatine Ganglion

目的:观察针刺蝶腭神经节疗法在过敏性鼻炎治疗方的临床价值。方法:通过随机方式把本次研究对象分为对照组和观察组,每组25例。对照组采用口服枸地氯雷他定联合布地奈德喷剂治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上采用针刺蝶腭神经节治疗。治疗4周后,观察两组治疗前后鼻结膜炎相关生活质量问卷(RQLQ)评分以及外周血Ig E水平,对比两组的疗效。结果:与治疗前展开比较,在RQLQ评分与Ig E水平方面,经过治疗,两组皆表现为显著下降(P<0.05)。就治疗后RQLQ评分与Ig E水平而言,对比对照组,观察组出现显著差异(P<0.05)。在总有效率方,对照组与观察组分别为76.0%、92.0%。在临床疗效方面,对比两组,发现存在显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:针刺蝶腭神经节治疗过敏性鼻炎具有一定的临床疗效。

Objective To observe the clinical value of acupuncture at sphenopalatine ganglion in the treatment of allergic rhinitis. Methods The patients were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,25 cases in each group. The control group was treated with oral desloratadine citrate disodium tablets and Budesonide spray,and the treatment group was treated with acupuncture at the sphenopalatine ganglion on the basis of the control group. After 4 weeks of treatment the nasal conjunctivitis-related quality of life questionnaire（RQLQ） score and the level of Ig E in peripheral blood were observed before and after treatment,and the curative effect was compared between the two groups. Results Compared with before treatment,both groups showed a significant decrease（P 0. 05）in terms of RQLQ and Ig E levels after treatment. There was significant difference between the control group and the treatment group（P 0. 05） in terms of RQLQ score and Ig E level after treatment. In terms of total efficiency,the control group and the treatment group were 76. 0% and 92. 0%. There were significant differences between the two groups（P 0. 05） in terms of clinical efficacy. Conclusion Acupuncture at the sphenopalatine ganglion to treatment allergic rhinitis has some definite clinical efficacy.
