摘要 目的:建立柴芍安神解郁颗粒中芍药苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用色谱柱Eclipse XDB-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相∶乙腈-0.1%磷酸水溶液(14∶86),流速:1.0 m L/min,检测波长:230 nm,柱温:25℃,进样量:10μL。结果:芍药苷在0.12096~1.20960μg范围内线性关系良好,回归方程为Y=1.4294X-36.7473(r=0.999 9),线性关系良好,平均加样回收率为100.39%,RSD为1.58%。结论:所建立的方法简单可行,重复性好,可用于柴芍安神解郁颗粒中芍药苷的含量测定。 Objective: To establish a method for the content determination of paeoniflorin in Chaishao Anshen Jieyu Granules. Methods:The samples were analyzed on a Eclipse XDB-C18(250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm) column and the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile--0. 1% phosphonic acid solution(14∶ 86) at a flow rate of 1. 0 m L/min. The detection wavelength was set at 230 nm,the sample size was 10 μL and the column temperature was 25℃. Results: The calibration curve was linear within the range of 0. 12096 ~ 1. 20960μg for paeoniflorin,and the regression equation was Y = 1. 4294 X-36. 7473(r = 0. 999 9). The average recovery was 100. 67%,RSD was1. 58 %. Conclusion: This method is simple and reproducible,which can be used for determination of paeoniflorin in Chaishao Anshen Jieyu Granules.
