补益宗气方对慢性阻塞性肺疾病大鼠血清前白蛋白及TNF-α水平影响的实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:观察补益宗气方对COPD大鼠营养状态及血清TNF-α水平的影响,探讨其改善COPD营养不良的可能作用机制。方法:将30只SD大鼠,随机分为空白组、模型组、观察组,每组各10只,以气管内注射脂多糖加烟雾吸入及冷风刺激,建造COPD模型大鼠,观察组给予补益宗气方灌胃14d,采用酶联免疫吸附方法对各组大鼠血清前白蛋白、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)水平进行检测。结果:补益宗气方干预前,COPD模型组、观察组大鼠血清TNF-α水平均明显高于空白组,血清前白蛋白水平明显低于空白组;补益宗气方干预后,观察组血清中TNF-α含量比模型组显著降低。血清前白蛋白水平则明显高于模型组;补益宗气方干预后,观察组大鼠体重较模型组上升明显(P<0.05)。结论:补益宗气方能增加COPD大鼠体重,改善营养状态,其作用机制可能与其降低肿瘤坏死因子水平,提高前白蛋白水平有关。 Objective: To observe the effect of tonifying Zongqi on nutritional status and the level of Serum prealbumin and TNF-α in rats with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) and to discuss the possible mechannism. Methods: SD Rats were randomized into 3 groups: blank group and model group,treatment group. Use the smoked cigarettes,cold air stimulation plus endotracheal lipopolysaccharide injection to establish the rat model with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and Treatment group were treated with tonifying Zongqi decoction for 14 days,and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) was carried to detected the levels of Serum prealbumin and TNF-α of all rats,observe the pathological morphological changes of lung tissue of rats. Results: Before the Intervention of tonifying Zongqi decoction,the level of TNF-α of model group and treatment group were much higher than blank group,while the level of Serum prealbumin was significantly lower than that of control. After the Intervention,the level of TNF-α of treatment group were lower than model group. while the level of Serum prealbumin was significantly higher than that of model group. Compared with the model group,the body weight of the treatment group after the intervention of tonifying Zongqi decoction increased significantly(P 0. 05).Conclusions: Tonifying Zongqi decoction can increase body weight of rats with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) and improve the nutritional status and its mechanism of action may related to the increase of prealbumin levels and lower levels of tumor necrosis factor.
