“互联网+”背景下24小时智慧中医药图书馆构建思路探讨

Discussion on the Construction of the “24-Hour” Wisdom TCM Libraries under the Internet+ Background

"互联网+"环境为中医药图书馆的发展带来了机遇和挑战,变革着中医药图书馆的传统服务,智慧型图书馆的建设是一种趋势。本文以广州中医药大学图书馆为例,从研究背景着手,分别从资源建设、智能系统建设、智慧平台建设及智慧馆员队伍建设4个方面,探讨24小时智慧中医药图书馆的构建思路。其中资源建设是基础,智能系统建设是核心,智慧服务平台建设是依托,智慧馆员队伍建设是后盾,以服务和管理的智能化为目标,逐步实现真正意义上的智能化中医药图书馆。

The ＂Internet＋＂ environment has brought opportunities and challenges to the development of TCM libraries and has transformed the traditional services of TCM libraries. The construction of wisdom libraries has become a trend. Taking the library of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine as an example, this article discussed the construction ideas of “24-hour” wisdom TCM libraries from four aspects： resource construction, intelligent system construction, wisdom platform construction and wisdom librarian team construction from research background. Among them, resource construction is the foundation; intelligent system is the core; wisdom service platform construction is support; wisdom librarian construction team is the backing. With the goal of intelligence of service and management, wisdom TCM libraries will be realized in the true sense.
