Statistics and Analysis on TCM Novelty Retrieval Projects of Chinese Medicine Literature Retrieval Center of Shanghai Branch from 2010 to 2016

摘要 目的分析中医药科技查新业务的现状,以期为科技查新机构的服务创新提供建议和启发。方法对中国中医药文献检索中心上海分中心2010-2016年完成的805项查新项目进行汇总,利用Excel 2010,对查新目的与数量、查新委托单位、研究类型、查新项目级别、查新项目研究的疾病种类等方面进行统计分析,了解中医药科研项目的查新申请情况、中医药科研项目研究的热点疾病。结果在805项查新项目中,一、二级医院查新总量呈现逐年上升趋势;查新目的中立题数量最多(505项);查新项目研究类型中临床研究数量最多(332项);查新项目研究所涉及的疾病中数量最多的为肿瘤(92项),其次为消化系统疾病(82项)、肌肉骨骼系统和结缔组织疾病(75项)。结论中医药研究的热点疾病为肿瘤,体现出中医药治疗肿瘤具有独特疗效,科研管理部门可加大科研投入,充分发挥中医药作用;查新申请数量逐渐减少的同时,知识产权服务需求不断增加,应及时调整工作重心,进行服务创新。 Objective To analyze the situation of TCM novelty retrieval projects; To provide some suggestions and inspiration for novelty retrieval institutions on their service innovations. Methods 805 novelty retrieval projects completed from 2010 to 2016 in Chinese Medicine Literature Retrieval Center of Shanghai Branch were collected and statistically analyzed from the aspects of purposes and number of novelty retrieval, clients of novelty retrieval, research categories, project levels of novelty retrieval, disease categories of novelty retrieval projects by using Excel 2010 to understand the new application situation for TCM research projects and the hot diseases of TCM research projects. Results Among the 805 novelty retrieval projects, the total amount of novelty retrieval projects of first-level hospitals and second-level hospitals showed a rising trend. The number ofproject establishment was maximum among all the purposes of novelty retrieval projects (505). The number of clinical study was largest among all the novelty retrieval project categories (332). In the whole novelty retrieval projects, tumor was the disease that was studied most frequently (92), followed by digestive system diseases (82), musculoskeletal system and connective tissue diseases (75). Conclusion Tumors are the hotspot diseases in the research field of TCM research, which shows the particular efficacy of TCM in treating tumors. The administrative department should increase input into scientific research so that TCM can play full role in health area. While the number of sci-tech novelty retrieval descends gradually, the demand of intellectual property services is increasing continually, so the work focus should be adjusted in time and new services should be developed.
