“以痛为腧”法治疗软组织损伤的国内外研究进展

Research Progress in Soft Tissue Injury Treatment with “Ashi Point” in China and Overseas

软组织损伤造成的疼痛是临床常见的疾病之一,随着该病发生率的升高,国内外都在寻求更好的保守治疗此类疾病的办法。"以痛为腧"是我国非常古老的一种治疗经筋病的取穴方法,而近年来,国外也出现类似含义的"肌筋膜激痛点"治疗肌筋膜疾病的方法,两种治疗方法在治疗软组织损伤性疼痛方面有重合之处。本文就国内"以痛为腧"和国外"激痛点"的治疗方法,查阅国内外相关文献,作一简要综述,以期更好地服务于临床诊治。

Pain caused by soft tissue injury is one of the most common clinical diseases. As the incidence of the disease rises, conservative treatment departments in China and overseas are looking for better ways to treat such diseases. “Ashi point” is a very ancient method of selecting acupoints for the treatment of soft issue injury in China. In recent years, “myofascial trigger point” similar to the method of “ashi point” in the treatment of myofascial diseases overseas has appeared. The two treatments overlap in the treatment of pain of soft tissue injury. This article reviewed “ashi point” in China and “trigger point” overseas by checking the literature in China and abroad to better serve clinical diagnosis and treatment.
