保偏光纤环和Y波导调制器直接耦合系统高精度驱动电源设计

摘要 保偏光纤环和Y波导直接耦合技术涉及光纤与Y波导相对位置、姿态的精确定位、检测与调整,对两组件位置、姿态的实时调整提出了较高的要求。本文设计并实现了一种用于调整两组件空间位姿的压电陶瓷位移台驱动电源电路。该电路以TI公司的DSP2812为控制系统核心构架,采用ADI公司的高精度D/A芯片AD669来设计驱动电源。后续的系统调试实验证明,所有D/A转换通道在4 000 Hz的刷新频率下,精度能达到0.5 mV,使对轴系统能正常工作在1°范围内,满足了工程应用的需求。 The direct coupling of Y waveguide modulator to the polarization maintaining fiber(PMF)coil involves precise positioning,testing and adjustment of optical fibers' position and posture,putting forward higher requirements for the precise adjustment of thecomponents' position and orientation in real time.This article designs and implements piezoelectric ceramic driving power supply used for adjusting the position of the two components.The circuit takes DSP2812 of TI as the control system core architecture,using AD669 as a power stage driver chips.Subsequent system debugging indicates that precision of D/A conversion channels can reach 0.5 mV in the refresh frequency of 4 000 Hz,which can completely satisfy the practical application of direct coupling,and the measurement error is less than 1°.
