摘要
针对大容量电能变换系统中,传导电磁干扰传播耦合途径未考虑变压器对高频干扰信号的传输影响这一问题,研究变压器高频网络参数计算方法,进而为研究变压器高频信号传输特性提供依据。用无源参数电路描述变压器高频模型,通过变压器外部端口阻抗测量提取模型参数,基于传输矩阵的网络参数求解方法计算网络参数。计算结果与实验对比验证了在1 MHz频率内所提出的计算方法具有较好的准确性。
In view of the large capacity power transformation system,conducting transmission of electromagnetic interference coupling way without considering the problem of influence to high frequency signal transmission produced by transformers.The high frequency transformer network parameters calculation methods are researched to provide the basis for studying the characteristics of high frequency signal transmission.High frequency transformer model is described by using passive circuit parameters,and model parameters are extracted through the external port impedance measurement.High Frequency Power transformer Network parameters are calculated based on transfer matrix.Results compared with the experimental results validate the good accuracy of calculation method within 1 MHz frequency.
