摘要 文中提出了一种采集电动汽车单体电池电路。电路以TLP521光耦为核心器件,以型号为TMS320F281的DSP作为核心处理器,提供了采集电路的软件设计。对采集板进行标定,提高了采集的精度。在汽车级要求的温度下,对在-20-80温度下,试验了输出电压与输入电压关系,表明在要求温度下输入电压与输出电压成线性关系,满足测量单体电池的电压测量范围。此采集电路具有成本低,线性度高,隔离安全等优点,适用于大规模的汽车工业生产。 In this paper,a single battery circuit for electric vehicle is presented.Circuit with TLP521 optocoupler as the core device.The model TMS320F281 DSP is used as the core processor,and the software design of the acquisition circuit is provided.The acquisition board is calibrated to improve the accuracy of acquisition.In the automotive requirements under the temperature of at the temperature of -20-80,the relationship between the output voltage and input voltage of the test indicates that the input voltage and the output voltage is linear in the required temperature,meet the voltage range of measurements of single cell.The utility model has the advantages of low cost,high linearity,safe isolation,etc.,and is suitable for large-scale production of automobile industry.
