摘要
讨论了工业生物过程大数据分析的重要意义,提出了基于大数据多尺度相关分析基础上实现生物反应器由自动化到智能化的发展。同时,分析了生物过程人工智能处理的应用问题,以克服目前基本上靠人工与专家经验来判断的局限性,以及面临的基因、代谢、过程到生产组织中的互不联系的实验或生产数据孤岛,为知识的发现、获取提供方法和途径,实现智能化决策。
This paper discusses the significance of big data for industrial bioprocess; puts forward the development of bioreactor from automation towards intelligence based on multi-scale parameter correlation analysis; analyses the application of the artificial intelligence in biological treatment process, to overcome the limitations of the judgement relied on artifi cial and expert experience at present, and the unconnected experiments and isolated data appeared in genes, metabolism, processes and production organization. By this way, it provides the approaches for knowledge discovery and acquisition, to realize intelligentialized decision.
