Liannan Yao’ s embroidery art in Guangdong, is the witness of the development and the crystallization of LiannanYao’ s civilization. Yao’ s embroidery in 2009 was included in the directory of Guangdong intangible cultural heritage, as a brightpearl in the history of Chinese embroidery art. For thousands of years, the exquisite and unique style of Yao’ s embroidery createdmany bright and colorful embroidery works which precipitateda lot of ancient cultural information, containing special“culturalfactor” , and which is of special research value. This paper first explained the inner meaning of Liannan Yao’ s embroidery pattern.Then, it also conducted a comprehensive analysis on the theme, the color, the organizational structure and the stitch method ofLiannan Yao’ s embroidery.
