广西巴马县新型城镇化水平评价实证研究

An Empirical Study Evaluation of the Level of New-type Urbanization in Bama County of Guangxi Province

近年来,广西巴马县旅游业的发展助推新型城镇化发展,通过实地调研搜集大量的数据,建立一套基于数学模型的新型城镇化水平评价指标体系,验证评价巴马县新型城镇化表现及水平,为国内的相关研究提供了新的研究方法.选取影响地区新型城镇化水平的多个指标进行综合评价.首先,构建评价指标体系,采用AHP层次分析方法,运用MATLAB统计软件计算指标体系中各指标的权重.其次,根据收集到的数据,采用德尔菲法(Delphi),征求专家对巴马县新型城镇化指标表现进行末级量化.最后,利用多目标线性加权函数法,计算综合评价值.结果显示巴马县新型城镇化水平综合评价分为79.14,其新型城镇化发展水平处于中后期阶段.多指标综合评价法,较为客观评价民族地区新型城镇化水平,计算方法科学,结果可信,可推广应用.

In recent years,the development of tourism industry has promoted the new-type urbanization development in Bama,Guangxi.In this paper,the author have accumulated large amounts of dates by on-the-spot investigation,established a new-type urbanization level evaluation index system based on mathematical model,investigated the performance and level of new-type urbanization in ethnic regions,in order to provides a new method for the study of related research in China.Selected multiple indicators which will affect the level of new urbanization to carry out a comprehensive evaluation.Firstly,construct the evaluation index system,using the AHP analytic hierarchy process,calculated the weight of each indicator in the index system by using the MATLAB statistical software.Secondly,according to the data collected by author,consulted experts by Delphi method,to quantify index performance of the new-type urbanization of Bama.Finally,calculated the comprehensive evaluation value by the multi objective linear weighting function method.The comprehensive evaluation score of new-type urbanization level of Bama is 79.14,which means that the level of new-type urbanization development of Bama is in the middle and later stage.This article uses the multi-index comprehensive evaluation method to give an objective appraisal of new-type urbanization level in national regions.The scientific computational methods and the the credible research result,which can be popularized and applied.
