硫化物纳米墨水涂覆法制备铜锌锡硫太阳电池

摘要 利用共沉淀法制备CuS和SnS纳米颗粒,并将其与锌离子混合配置成固液混合纳米墨水,再通过涂覆后硫化法在钼玻璃基底上制备了铜锌锡硫(CZTS)薄膜.研究了硫化退火温度对CZTS薄膜成分、形貌和结构等性能的影响,获得了较优的退火温度为580℃;基于该工艺制作了光电转换效率为0.58%的CZTS薄膜太阳电池器件. CuS and SnS nanocrystals were fabricated via coprecipitation method,then they were mixed with zinc salt solution to form the ink used for coating on Mo glass substrates then sulferized to form CZTS thin film.We studied the effect of temperature on the constituent,morphology,and structure of the CZTS thin films during the sulfurization process,and got the best condition when the temperature value was 580℃,and based on which we fabricated a CZTS thin film solar cell device with a conversion efficiency of 0.58%.
