党的十九大明确作出"中国特色社会主义进入新时代"和"我国社会主要矛盾已经转化"等重大政治论断,形成了"习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想"的新理论。聚焦新时代、新矛盾、新理论的逻辑理路,"新时代"内涵深刻,实践基础和现实依据鲜明,具有重大意义;"新矛盾"是我国在发展中从量变到质变的逻辑演进结果,其转化是关系我国全局的重大历史性变化,正确理解把握主要矛盾与初级阶段和最大发展中国家的关系至关重要;"新理论"逻辑严密、系统完备、内在统一,是马克思主义中国化最新成果,开启了全面建设社会主义现代化强国新征程,具有重大的意义。

The Nineteenth National Congress of the CPC explicitly makes the important political statements that the socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era, and that the main contradiction of our soci-ety has changed ,and forms the new theory of uXi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era”. This paper focuses on the logic line of new era,new contradiction and new theory：the “new era” is of deep connotation, solid practical foundation and vivid realistic basis; “the new contradiction” is the result of logic evolution of China5 s development from quantitative changes to qualitative changes, and this is an important historical transition relating to the overall situation of our country, and it is of vital importance to correctly under-stand the relationship between the main contradiction and the primary stage of socialism ;〈（ the new theory^ ,with rigorous logic, complete system and intrinsic unity, is the newest product of sinification of Marxism, starting the new journey of comprehensively building a modem powerful socialist country and having a great significance.
