斗链式城市快递揽收自组织研究

Research on the Self-organization of Bucket Brigade Package City Collection System

摘要 将斗链作业方式拓展应用干城市快递揽收过程中,提出动态分区、协同揽收的斗链式快递揽收模式,在考虑包裹交接必须在城市交通系统指定的位置进行和快递员返回取件时的行驶时间的基础上,构建了固定交接位置斗链式城市快递揽收系统的作业规则和演化动力学模型,并利用连接图分析其自组织演化过程.研究表明斗链式城市快递揽收系统仅仅依赖揽收快递员之间自发的互助、协同工作,就能实现快递员揽收能力与其所在区段业务量的动态匹配,整个快递揽收系统实现自组织运营. In response to the problem of the mismatch of courier's ability and task in fixed partition express collecting system under unbalanced partition, the bucket brigade- based, dynamic partitioned, collaborative express collecting model was proposed based on bucket brigade model. With consideration of courier's walking back time and specified parcel transfer position, the operation rules and evolution dynamic of fixed position bucket brigade express collecting system was constructed, and connectivity diagram was used to analyzing the self-organization evolution process of the fixed position bucket brigade express collecting system. The results of case study show that brigade-based, collaborative collecting mode under courier's spontaneously mutual support can lead to dynamic match between courier's ability and partitioned task, which can offer theoretical and practical guidance for the im- plementation of fixed position bucket brigade express collecting svstem.
