柴油机颗粒捕集器尾端面积垢分析及预防措施

摘要 采用扫描电镜法(SEM)分析了货运车催化型颗粒捕集器(CDPF)尾端面积垢的微观形貌,并基于X射线荧光光谱分析(XRF)分析积垢的组分及占比,以此推测积垢的形成原因并给出了相应的预防措施。结果表明:CDPF尾端面积垢呈黄色块状,多孔结构,质地疏松。其主要成分为Fe2O3和SO3,两者占比分别达到50%和40%左右。造成积垢的主要原因是燃料硫含量较高和封装材料易腐蚀。可通过燃用低硫柴油(≤10ppm)和改善封装材料(采用304不锈钢)预防积垢的形成。 The micro morphology fouling at the end surface of diesel particulate filter used in heavy-duty diesel vehicle was analyzed by using scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and the compositions and their proportions are analyzed by using X ray fluorescence(XRF). Then the cause of fouling formation was inferred and the preventive measures were given. The results shows that the fouling is massive, yellow and has porous structure with loose texture. The main components of the fouling are Fe2 O3 and SO3 and they accounts for approximately 50% and40% respectively. The main causes of fouling are high sulfur content in the fuel and packaging material of CDPF is easy to corrosion. By using low sulphur diesel(≤10 ppm) and improving the packaging materials(stainless steel 304) can prevent the formation of fouling.
