根据盾构机的工作特点,提出了盾构机液压系统在设计中遵循可靠性、耐用性、容易维修的要求;介绍了盾构机的液压系统的工作原理、元件选型、液压设计及维护方法,有助于盾构机使用者更好了解液压系统,促进先进技术的消化吸收及日常维护保养。
Based on the operation feature of shield machine, it presents design requirements of reliability, durability and friendly maintenance for the hydraulic system of shield machine. The operation principle, component selection, hydraulic design and maintenance method of shield machine were introduced in the paper in order to help the operator to understand the hydraulic system and promote quicken digestion and absorption of the advanced technology as well as daily maintenance.
