超大城市规模与空间结构效应研究评述与展望 被引量:31

摘要 对中国超大城市规模与空间结构的综合效应进行系统研究,一方面可以深化城市空间结构的理论研究,另一方面有助于把握城市发展规律,统筹城市规模和空间结构,探索人口高度密集地区的优化开发模式。文章分别从城市规模效应、城市空间结构测度与效应三个方面对超大城市规模与空间结构效应研究进行了系统梳理与展望。未来研究中亟需将城市规模效应与空间结构效应结合起来,构建城市综合效率提升导向下城市规模效应和空间结构效应相互作用机制的理论框架和实证模型,加强对中国超大城市规模与空间结构相互影响的实证研究,探究如何通过城市空间结构的调整扩大超大城市适度规模区间,提升超大城市生产、生活、生态系统的综合效率。 A systematic research on the interactive effects of urban size and spatial structure for Chinese mega cities will greatly contribute in two aspects. Firstly, it will contribute to the theoretical research on the topic of urban spatial structure. Secondly, it helps the mastery of the urban development rule and the synthesis of city size and spatial structure, and the exploration of an optimal developmental model of densely-populated areas. This paper reviews the current studies on the interactive effects of urban size and spatial structure for mega cities from three aspects including urban scale effect, urban spatial structure measurement and effect. Based on the literature review, we propose that the future research should combine the urban scale effect with the spatial structure effect, construct the theoretical framework and empirical model to explain the interaction mechanism between urban scale and spatial structure under the guidance of urban comprehensive efficiency improvement, and strengthen the empirical research on the interactive effects of urban size and spatial structure for Chinese mega cities. It can help to explore how to expand the moderate scale scope of mega cities and improve the comprehensive efficiency of production, life and ecological system by spatial structure adjustment.
