摘要 本文以中国石化南化公司(以下简称"南化公司")近年来深化改革中加强思想政治工作所取得的成效为例,论述了改革中基层思想政治工作存在的突出问题,分析了做好基层思想政治工作的理论基础,提出应当抓住基层经营管理干部这个关键,提升思想政治工作素养,落实思想政治工作责任,构建思想政治工作相关机制,确保求取改革的最大公约数,上下一致共推改革,维护稳定。 Based on the achievements made by SINOPEC Nanjing Chemical Industries Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as SNCIC) in recent years in strengthening the ideological and political work while deepening reform, the paper discusses the prominent problems in the ideological and political work at the grassroots level during the reform, and analyzes the theoretical basis for properly carrying out ideological and political work at the grassroots level. It puts forward the need to bring into better play the role of managerial personnel, the “key minority”, at the grassroots level, to urge them to improve competence in carrying out ideological and political work, implement their responsibilities, and establish working mechanisms, in an effort to ensure the highest common factor for the reform, i.e. to make concerted efforts to promote reform and maintain stability.
