The paper introduces the practices of Shanghai Gaoqiao Petrochemical Company in young offcials training. By holding training courses with distinctive themes, the company has managed to promote the training for young offcials under new conditions in an all-round way, which lays a solid foundation for the building of a pool of young offcials who are loyal to the Party, virtuous, talented, and competent.
