The overseas project managers, as the leaders and major implementers of overseas business, should have high ideological and political quality. In order to improve the ideological and political quality of the overseas project managers, the training on revolutionary tradition and ideological and political education are carried out on the corporate level, combined with the training needs of the overseas project managers and the characteristics of the work abroad in a targeted way.
