Innovative Practice of Three-phase Regression Advanced Research and Training Mode

继承陈俊武院士首创的三段回归式高级研修培训模式,培养从基础知识和基本思维方式入手,设置大作业特色教学环节,逐步提升高层次专业技术人员定量分析能力,并引入专题研讨教学活动,发挥学员们学习的积极性、主动性和参与感,尽快将所学的知识转化为解决实际问题的能力,达到培训目标。

Inheriting the three-phase regression training mode initiated by Academician Chen Junwu, we carry on the training beginning with the basic knowledge and thinking pattern, and set up “big task” as the special teaching links in order to gradually improve the high-level professional and technical personnel＇s abilities in quantitative analysis. We also introduce seminar into teaching activities to generate trainees＇ enthusiasm, initiative and participation so as to facilitate trainees to transit the knowledge learned into the abilities to solve practical problems and achieve the training objectives fnally.
