本文结合中国石化总部机关离退休工作实际,论述了利用社会资源为老同志提供服务的必要性,分析了利用社会资源为老同志服务方面存在的问题,提出要正确处理好单位服务与利用社会资源之间的关系,介绍了离退休工作部利用社会资源为老同志服务的一些有益尝试。

Based on the practices of the Veterans ＆ Retirees Department of SINOPEC Headquarters, the paper discusses the necessity of using social resources to provide services for retirees, analyzes the problems affecting the implementation of this approach, and proposes the need to properly handle the relationship between the provision of services from inside the company and the use of social resources. Also introduced are some good attempts by the Veterans ＆ Retirees Department in using social resources to serve retirees.
