肱骨近端骨折老龄骨质疏松患者采取锁定钢板配合MIPO技术的干预疗效探析

Intervention effect of locking plate combined with MIPO technique in the treatment of elderly osteoporotic patients with proximal humerus fracture

目的:探讨肱骨近端骨折老龄骨质疏松患者采取锁定钢板配合MIPO技术的干预疗效。方法:收治肱骨近端骨折老龄骨质疏松患者104例,分为对照组和研究组。对照组采用常规切开复位内固定术,研究组采用锁定钢板配合MIPO技术治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:研究组手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、骨折愈合时间、并发症发生率和肩关节功能优良率均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:肱骨近端骨折老龄骨质疏松患者采取锁定钢板配合MIPO技术治疗创伤更小、并发症更少、骨折愈合更快,有利于肩关节功能恢复。

Objective:To explore the intervention effect of locking plate combined with MIPO technique in the treatment of elderly osteoporotic patients with proximal humerus fracture.Methods:104 elderly patients with osteoporosis and proximal humerus fracture were selected.They were divided into the control group and the study group.The control group was treated with conventional open reduction and internal fixation.The study group was treated with locking plate combined with MIPO technology.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:In the study group,the operation time,intraoperative blood loss,hospitalization time,fracture healing time,complication rate and the excellent and good rate of shoulder joint function were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The trauma of locking plate combined with MIPO technique in the treatment of elderly osteoporotic patients with proximal humerus fracture was smaller,the complications were less,the fracture healing was faster,and it was beneficial to the recovery of shoulder function.
