乌司他丁与奥曲肽联合用药对急性胰腺炎的治疗效果评价

Effect of ulinastatin combined with octreotide in the treatment of acute pancreatitis

目的:探讨乌司他丁联合奥曲肽治疗急性胰腺炎的效果。方法:收治急性胰腺炎患者42例,随机分为对照组和联合组。对照组采用奥曲肽治疗,联合组采用奥曲肽联合乌司他丁治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:联合组患者病情控制效果比对照组好(P<0.05);联合组体温恢复正常时间、恶心与呕吐消失时间、腹痛消失时间、住院时间比对照组短(P<0.05);联合组不良结局发生率比对照组低(P<0.05)。干预后联合组尿淀粉酶、血淀粉酶、促炎细胞因子优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:乌司他丁联合奥曲肽治疗急性胰腺炎的效果确切,可有效改善患者预后。

Objective:To explore the effect of ulinastatin combined with octreotide in the treatment of acute pancreatitis.Methods:42 patients with acute pancreatitis were selected,and they were randomly divided into the control group and the combined group.The control group was treated with octreotide,and the combined group was treated with octreotide combined with ulinastatin.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:The control effect of the combined group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The temperature recovery time,nausea and vomiting disappearance time,abdominal pain disappearance time and hospitalization time in the combined group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse outcomes in the combined group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The levels of urinary amylase,amylase and proinflammatory cytokines after intervention in the combined group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of ulinastatin combined with octreotide in the treatment of acute pancreatitis was exact,and it can effectively improve the prognosis of patients.
