莫沙必利及奥美拉唑治疗老年反流性食管炎临床疗效观察

Clinical curative effect of mosapride and omeprazole in the treatment of senile reflux esophagitis

目的:探讨莫沙必利及奥美拉唑治疗老年反流性食管炎的临床疗效。方法:收治老年反流性食管炎患者90例,随机分为试验组和对照组。对照组采用莫沙必利治疗,试验组采用莫沙必利联合奥美拉唑治疗。结果:治疗后,试验组反流、反酸、烧灼感、胸痛临床症状积分减少幅度、症状总缓解概率、胃镜检查总有效率均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:莫沙必利联合奥美拉唑治疗对老年反流性食管炎患者症状改善和治疗效果具有积极影响。

Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of mosapride and omeprazole in the treatment of senile reflux esophagitis.Methods:90 cases of elderly patients with reflux esophagitis were selected.They were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.The control group was treated with mosapride.The experimental group was treated with mosapride combined with omeprazole.Results:After treatment,reflux,regurgitation,heartburn,chest pain symptoms reduction range,the total remission probability,gastroscopy total effective probability of the experimental group were better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Mosapride combined with omeprazole treatment had a positive impact on symptom improvement and treatment effect of elderly patients with reflux esophagitis.
