胆囊息肉应用腹腔镜微创保胆术式的效果分析

Effect of laparoscopic minimally invasive gallbladder preserving surgery in the treatment of gallbladder polyps

目的:探讨胆囊息肉应用腹腔镜微创保胆术式的效果。方法:收治胆囊息肉患者170例,分为对照组和研究组。研究组采用腹腔镜微创保胆术治疗,对照组采用腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:研究组术中出血量、术后排气时间和并发症发生率显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组手术时间、住院时间及医疗费差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:胆囊息肉应用腹腔镜微创保胆术式手术创伤小,促进患者恢复,并发症少,术式优势明显。

Objective:To explore the effect of laparoscopic minimally invasive gallbladder preserving surgery in the treatment of gallbladder polyps.Methods:170 patients with gallbladder polyps were selected.They were divided into the control group and the study group.The study group was treated with laparoscopic minimally invasive gallbladder preserving surgery.The control group was treated with laparoscopic cholecystectomy.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:In the study group,the intraoperative blood loss,postoperative exhaust time and complication rate were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in operation time,length of stay and medical expenses between groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The trauma of laparoscopic minimally invasive gallbladder preserving surgery in the treatment of gallbladder polyps was small.It can promote the recovery of patients.The complications were few,and the advantages of the operation were obvious.
