非静脉曲张性上消化道出血采用胃镜下肾上腺素给药联合钛夹止血的效果研究

Effect of epinephrine administration under gastroscopy combined with hemostasis by titanium clip in the treatment of non variceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding

目的:探讨胃镜下肾上腺素给药联合钛夹止血治疗非静脉曲张性上消化道出血的效果。方法:收治非静脉曲张性上消化道出血患者134例,分为对照组和研究组。对照组采用基础治疗+胃镜下肾上腺素注射,研究组在对照组基础上加用钛夹止血,比较两组治疗效果。结果:研究组有效止血率、再次出血率、出血总量、总输血量及住院时间均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:胃镜下肾上腺素给药联合钛夹止血治疗非静脉曲张性上消化道出血的效果显著。

Objective:To explore the effect of epinephrine administration under gastroscopy combined with hemostasis by titanium clip in the treatment of non variceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods:134 patients with non variceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding were selected.They were divided into the control group and the study group.The control group was treated with basic treatment plus epinephrine injection under gastroscopy.The study group added with hemostasis by titanium clip on the basis of the control group.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:In the study group,the effective hemostasis rate,rebleeding rate,total bleeding volume,total blood transfusion and hospitalization time were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of epinephrine administration under gastroscopy combined with hemostasis by titanium clip in the treatment of non variceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding was significant.
