纤维支气管镜对机械通气治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭的效果及并发症的影响

Influence of fiberoptic bronchoscopy on the effect and complications of mechanical ventilation in the treatment of COPD complicated with respiratory failure

目的:探讨纤维支气管镜技术机械通气治疗合并呼吸衰竭的慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的临床效果。方法:收治合并呼吸衰竭的慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者82例,随机分为对照组和治疗组。对照组采用常规机械通气治疗,治疗组利用纤维支气管镜技术实施机械通气治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后,治疗组呼吸功能改善幅度、总有效率、呼吸功能恢复正常时间、治疗总时间和不良事件发生率均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:合并呼吸衰竭的慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者利用纤维支气管镜技术实施机械通气治疗,可以在短时间内改善呼吸功能、缩短救治时间、减少不良事件,提高救治效果。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of mechanical ventilation through fiberoptic bronchoscopy in the treatment of COPD complicated with respiratory failure.Methods:82 patients with COPD complicated with respiratory failure were selected,and they were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group.The control group was treated with conventional mechanical ventilation,and the treatment group was treated with mechanical ventilation through fiberoptic bronchoscopy.We compared the treatment effect of two groups.Results:After treatment,in the treatment group,the improvement of respiratory function,total effective rate,recovery time of respiratory function,total treatment time and incidence of adverse events were significantly better than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of fiberoptic bronchoscopy in mechanical ventilation in the treatment of COPD complicated with respiratory failure can improve respiratory function in a short time,shorten the treatment time,reduce adverse events and improve the treatment effect.
