子宫压迫缝合术在产后出血治疗中的临床应用

Clinical application of uterine compression suture in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage

目的:探讨子宫压迫缝合术对产后出血患者的治疗效果。方法:收治产后出血患者58例,随机分为对照组和研究组。对照组采用传统的方式治疗,研究组采用子宫压迫缝合术治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:研究组治疗总有效率和术后并发症发生率均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。讨论:子宫压迫缝合术对产后出血患者的治疗效果显著。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of uterine compression suture in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage.Methods:58 patients with postpartum hemorrhage were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the study group.The control group was treated with traditional methods.The study group was treated with uterine compression suture.We compared the treatment effect of two groups.Results:The total effective rate and postoperative complication rate of the study group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of uterine compression suture in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage was significant.
