MasonⅢ型桡骨头骨折给予桡骨头切除术对比Herbert螺钉内固定术的临床研究

Clinical comparative study of radial head resection and Herbert screw fixation in the treatment of Mason type Ⅲ radial head fractures

目的:探讨对Mason Ⅲ型桡骨头骨折给予桡骨头切除术对比Herbert螺钉内固定术的临床效果。方法:收治Mason Ⅲ型桡骨头骨折患者196例,分为对照组和研究组。对照组采用桡骨头切除术治疗,研究组采用Herbert螺钉内固定术治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:研究组优良率,治疗后前臂旋前、前臂旋后及肘关节屈伸活动度,治疗后伸肘、屈肘、旋前、旋后力及握力减少程度均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:Mason Ⅲ型桡骨头骨折给予Herbert螺钉内固定术疗效更为确切,可显著促进肘关节整体功能恢复。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of radial head resection and Herbert screw fixation in the treatment of Mason type Ⅲ radial head fractures.Methods:196 patients with Mason type Ⅲ radial head fractures were selected.They were divided into the control group and the study group.The control group was treated with radial head resection.The study group was treated with Herbert screw fixation.We compared the treatment effect of two groups.Results:In the study group,the excellent and good rate,forearm pronation,forearm supination and elbow flexion and extension activity after treatment,and the degree of reduction of elbow extension,elbow flexion,pronation,supination and grip strength after treatment were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of Herbert screw fixation in the treatment of Mason type Ⅲ radial head fractures was better.It can significantly promote the functional recovery of the elbow joint.
