院前急救模式对脑卒中患者疗效及安全性分析

The efficacy and safety of prehospital emergency care mode in stroke patients

目的:对脑卒中患者给予院前急救模式治疗的疗效和安全性进行分析。方法:收治脑卒中患者72例,随机分两组。试验组给予院前急救模式,对照组自行就诊。分析两组的院前并发症、死亡率和急救转运时间。结果:试验组院前并发症和死亡率明显优于对照组,组间观察指标差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组急救转运时间短于对照组,组间数据对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:脑卒中对患者的影响较大,给予院前急救模式可以显著提高患者的治疗效果,降低其死亡率,缩短急救转运时间,效果明显。

Objective:To analyze the efficacy and safety of prehospital emergency treatment in patients with stroke.Methods:72 patients with stroke were selected.They were randomly divided into the two groups.The experimental group was given pre hospital emergency mode,and the control group was treated by themselves.The complications,mortality and first aid transportation time of the two groups were analyzed.Results:The complications and mortality in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The emergency transport time of the experimental group was shorter than that of the control group,and the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Stroke has a greater impact on patients.Giving pre hospital emergency mode can significantly improve the treatment effect of patients,reduce their mortality,shorten the time of emergency transportation,and the effect is obvious.
