胸腔镜与传统正中开胸在胸腺瘤手术中的差异

The difference between thoracoscope and traditional median thoracotomy in the treatment of thymoma

目的:探讨胸腔镜与传统正中开胸在胸腺瘤手术中的差异。方法:收治胸腺瘤手术患者60例,分为对照组和研究组。研究组采用电视胸腔镜手术治疗,对照组采用传统正中开胸手术治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:两组肿瘤大小及分期比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组手术指标及术后恢复情况比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:与传统正中开胸手术治疗胸腺瘤相比,胸腔镜具有手术创伤小、术后恢复快的优势,符合外科微创的发展趋势。

Objective:To explore the difference between thoracoscope and traditional median thoracotomy in the treatment of thymoma.Methods:60 thymoma patients were selected.They were divided into the control group and the study group.The study group was treated with video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery.The control group was treated with traditional median thoracotomy.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in tumor size and staging between groups(P>0.05).The differences of operation index and postoperative recovery between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with traditional median thoracotomy in the treatment of thymoma,thoracoscopy had the advantages of small trauma and rapid postoperative recovery,which was in line with the development trend of minimally invasive surgery.
