黄芪桂枝五物汤加减治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效

Clinical effect of modified Huang1i Guizhi Wuwu decoction in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy

目的:探讨黄芪桂枝五物汤加减治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的临床疗效。方法:收治2型DPN且中医谓之痹证的患者96例,分为观察组和对照组。所有患者均给予降糖的西药基础治疗,在此基础上对照组采用甲钴胺注射液治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用口服黄芪桂枝五物汤加减治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组总有效率明显优于对照组;治疗后两组临床症状积分均有降低,观察组双足感觉震动阈值测定结果显著优于对照组。结论:黄芪桂枝五物汤加减治疗DPN的临床疗效显著。

Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of modified Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods:96 patients with DPN and Bi Zheng were selected,and they were divided into the observation group and the control group.All patients were treated with hypoglycemic treatment of western medicine.On this basis,the control group was treated by mecobalamin injection,and the observation group was treated with Modified Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction on the basis of the control group.We compared the therapeutic effects between groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group.After treatment,the clinical symptom scores of the two groups were decreased,and the sensory threshold of the foot in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group.Conclusion:The clinical curative effect of modified Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy was significant.
