尿路感染应用两种不同检验方法的诊断效果分析

Analysis of the diagnostic effect of two different test methods for urinary tract infection

目的:探讨尿路感染应用两种不同检验方法的诊断效果。方法:收治疑似尿路感染患者128例,随机分为观察组与对照组。对照组采用单独尿八联检验,观察组采用尿八联联合定量尿培养检验,比较两组检验结果。结果:两组阳性率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组灵敏度与特异度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:尿八联与定量尿培养联合诊断尿路感染的灵敏度和特异度高。

Objective:To explore the diagnostic effect of two different test methods for urinary tract infection.Methods:128 patients with suspected urinary tract infection were selected,and they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group was diagnosed with eight test of urine,and the observation group was diagnosed by eight test of urine combined with quantitative urine culture test.We compared the test results of two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in the positive rate between groups(P>0.05).The sensitivity and specificity of the observation group were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The sensitivity and specificity of eight test of urine combined with quantitative urine culture test for urinary tract infection were high.
