128层螺旋CT血管造影在颅内动脉瘤诊断中的应用效果

Application effect of 128 slice spiral CT angiography in the diagnosis of intracranial aneurysms

目的:探讨128层螺旋CT血管造影在颅内动脉瘤诊断中的应用效果。方法:收治疑似颅内动脉瘤患者63例,均行128层螺旋CT血管造影诊断,与手术病理诊断结果相比较。结果:128层螺旋CT血管造影诊断准确率92.06%。结论:颅内动脉瘤患者行128层螺旋CT血管造影诊断的准确率较高。

Objective:To explore the application effect of 128 slice spiral CT angiography in the diagnosis of intracranial aneurysms.Methods:63 patients with suspected intracranial aneurysms were selected.They were diagnosed with 128 slice spiral CT angiography.The results were compared with the results of surgery and pathology.Results:The diagnostic accuracy of 128 slice spiral CT angiography was 92.06%.Conclusion:The accuracy of 128 slice spiral CT angiography in the diagnosis of intracranial aneurysms was higher.
