摘要目的:探讨优质护理服务在维持性血液透析患者动静脉内瘘护理中的应用效果。方法:收治维持性血液透析患者71例,随机分为优质组与对照组。对照组采用常规护理,优质组采用优质护理干预,比较两组并发症及护理满意度。结果:优质组的并发症发生率和护理满意度均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:优质护理服务在维持性血液透析患者动静脉内瘘护理中的应用效果显著。 Objective:To explore the application effect of high quality nursing service in nursing care of arteriovenous fistula in patients with maintenance hemodialysis.Methods:71 patients with maintenance hemodialysis were selected,and they were randomly divided into the high quality group and the control group.The control group was given routine care,and the high quality group was given high quality nursing intervention.We compared the complications and nursing satisfaction of two groups.Results:The complication rate and nursing satisfaction of the high quality group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of high quality nursing service in nursing care of arteriovenous fistula in patients with maintenance hemodialysis was significant.
