摘要
通过对医院医疗投诉产生的原因、类型等进行分析,结合实际工作经验总结各类医疗投诉及处理方法,进一步改善医疗服务质量,降低医疗服务投诉率,在一定程度上缓解医患关系紧张的局面,提高医疗服务质量,构建和谐医疗氛围,助推医院发展。
By analyzing the causes and types of medical complaints,combined with the actual work experience,we summarize all kinds of medical complaints and treatment methods,further improve the quality of medical services,reduce the rate of complaints of medical services,alleviate the tension between doctors and patients in some extent,improve the quality of medical services,build a harmonious medical atmosphere and boost the development of hospitals.
