综合康复治疗对慢性精神分裂症患者生活质量的影响

Comprehensive rehabilitation therapy on the life quality of patients with chronic schizophrenia

目的:探讨综合康复训练对慢性精神分裂症患者生活质量的影响。方法:收治慢性精神分裂症患者40例,分为观察组与对照组,各20例。对照组给予药物常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗的基础上进行综合康复训练。结果:治疗6个月时,观察组BPRS评分显著低于同期对照组(P<0.05),观察组心理健康、社会功能评分以及躯体健康评分与入组前比较,差异有统计学意义,且与同期对照组评分之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:综合康复训练在慢性精神分裂症患者治疗期间的应用,能够显著缓解患者精神状态,优化生活质量。

Objective:To explore the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation training on the life quality of patients with chronic schizophrenia.Methods:40 patients with chronic schizophrenia were divided into the observation group and the treatment group,with 20 cases in each group.The control group were given conventional drug treatment,while the observation group were received comprehensive rehabilitation training on the basis of conventional treatment.Results:After 6 months of treatment,the BPRS score of patients in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The differences in mental health and social function score,physical health score in the observation group were significantly compared before entering the group,and compared with the control group the difference also significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion:Application of comprehensive rehabilitation training during the treatment of patients with chronic schizophrenia can significantly alleviate the mental state of the patients and optimize the quality of life.
