社区集体性健康教育对老年高血压患者生活质量的影响分析

Effects of community collective health education on quality of life in elderly patients with hypertension

目的:探讨社区集体性健康教育对老年高血压患者生活质量的影响。方法:收治原发性老年高血压患者128例,随机平分两组。对照组给予传统健康教育,观察组在此基础上给予社区集体性健康教育,两组护理观察时间3个月。结果:护理后观察组与对照组的总有效率分别为100.0%和88.9%,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后观察组的总体健康、生理职能、生理功能和身体疼痛等生活质量评分都明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:社区集体性健康教育在老年高血压患者中的应用能提高患者的治疗效果、改善患者的预后及生活质量。

Objective:To explore the effects of community collective health education on quality of life in elderly patients with hypertension.Methods:128 elderly patients with essential hypertensionin were selected.They were randomly divided into the two groups on average.The control group was given traditional health education.On this basis,the observation group was given community collective health education.The nursing time of the two groups was 3 months.Results:The total effective rates in the observation group and the control group were 100% and 89.1% respectively,and the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of overall health,physiological function,physiological function and physical pain in the observation group after nursing were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of community collective health education in elderly patients with hypertension can improve the therapeutic effect,improve the prognosis and quality of life,and it has good application values.
