摘要
目的:探讨持续质量改进在护理质量管理中的应用效果。方法:开展持续质量改进系列活动,遵循PDCA循环,并随机抽取科室患者对护理满意度进行评价,与实施活动前结果进行比较。结果:护理管理PDCA循环实施前患者对护士的满意度79.3%,发生护患纠纷24例次,护患纠纷发生率8.2%,护理管理PDCA循环实施后患者对护士的满意度为94.9%,发生护患纠纷5例次,护患纠纷发生率0.7%。实施前后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:持续质量改进可以明显提高护理质量管理质量,提高患者对护士的满意度,降低护患纠纷的发生率。
Objective:To explore the application effect of continuous quality improvement in nursing quality management.Methods:To carry out serial activities of continuous quality improvement,following the PDCA cycle,namely Plan,Do,Check and Adjust.The patients' satisfaction was evaluated by random sampling and compared with the results before the implementation.Results:Before the implementation of nursing management PDCA cycle,the satisfaction rate of patients to nurses was 79.3%,and 24 cases of nurse patient disputes occurred.The incidence of nurse patient disputes was 8.2%,after the implementation of PDCA cycle of nursing management,the satisfaction degree of patients to nurses was 94.9%,and 5 cases of nurse patient disputes occurred.The incidence of nurse patient disputes was 0.7%,and the difference was statistically significant before and after the implementation(P<0.05).Conclusion:Continuous quality improvement can significantly improve the quality of quality management,improve patient satisfaction with nurses,and reduce the incidence of disputes between nurses and patients.
