某白钨浮选尾矿钨再回收利用试验研究 被引量:14

摘要 某白钨浮选尾矿WO_3含量为0.11%,以白钨矿为主,钨金属主要分布在微细粒级,10μm以下达41.38%,选别难度大。针对该尾矿性质特点,采用常规浮选法,白钨精选采用水玻璃和氢氧化钠作组合抑制剂,最终获得WO_3含量为25.92%,回收率为63.40%的钨精矿指标,实现了白钨浮选尾矿中的钨资源再回收利用。 The flotation tailings in a scheelite mine contained 0. 11% WO3 which was mainly scheelite was dressed difficultly, and in which tungsten metal' s fine-grain disseminated. Base on the characteristics of the tailings, a conventional flotation was adopted by using soluble silicate and sodium hydroxide as combined depressor, the tungsten concentrate grade and recovery of WO3 reached 31.92% and 70.52% respectively. It was achieved that tungsten resource' s recycling and utilizing effectively from flotation tailings of seheelite.
