摘要
以GJM型高效擦洗机为研究对象,基于计算机仿真流体动力学(CFD,Computational Fluid Dynamics)方法,对比分析了单叶轮搅拌装置与四叶轮搅拌装置的有效作用区域,研究了叶片倾角对擦洗机流场分布和输入功率的影响规律。结果表明,四叶轮搅拌装置较单叶轮搅拌装置作用区域更大且流场分布均匀,在流场作用区域相近的情况下四叶轮搅拌装置的输入功率更低,同时也得出了四叶轮搅拌装置的输入功率随叶片倾角增大呈现先增大后减小的影响规律,为擦洗机的结构参数设计优化提供了理论依据。
Taking the GJM efficient scrubbing machine as the research object, using the Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) method to compare and analyze the effective area of the single impeller agitator and four-impellers agitator, and study the influence of blade Angle on field distribution and input power of scrubbing machine. The results show that, the four impellers agitator has larger effect zone and the distribution of flow field is more equally than single impeller agitator, In a similar situation of the flow field, four impellers agitator' s input power is lower, also get the influence rule of four impellers agitator that the increase of the blade angle, thus provides theory basis optimization design. input power firstly increase and then decrease with the of scrubbing machine for the structural parameters
