加强高校教师队伍建设,必须紧紧抓住"师德、师才、师风、师表"这四个关键环节,着力提升高校教师队伍的综合素质。要深刻理解"四师"建设的现实价值,积极探索"四师"建设的有效途径。要突出师德这个"灵魂",抓住师才这个"关键",夯实师风这个"基础"和"着力点",落实师表这个"宗旨"和成果"体现"。要制定统筹兼顾的长期规划和科学合理的规章制度,采取扎扎实实、行之有效的多种举措,调动广大教师的积极性和创造性,不断提升高校教师队伍建设的科学化水平。

To enhance the construction of university teachers' group,four key factors should be grasped including morality,ability,teaching style and exemplary virtue and make great efforts to improve the comprehensive quality of them.We should deeply understand the practical value and actively explore the effective ways of the four key factors' construction.We should highlight the soul of morality,keep the key of teachers' ability,enhance the infrastructure and focus point of teaching style,and implement the purpose and accomplishment of exemplary virtue.We should formulate the overall long-term planning,scientific and reasonable regulations,take various solid and effective measures,arouse teachers' enthusiasm and creativity,and constantly improve the scientific level of the construction of university teachers' group.
