试论作为“21世纪中国马克思主义”的习近平总书记文艺思想及当代意义

On the General Secretary Xi Jinping's Literary Thought,a Chinese Marxism in 21st Century,and Its Contemporary Significance

习近平总书记虽不是专门的文艺理论家,但却有着丰富且系统的文艺思想。十八大以来,在习近平总书记发表的一系列重要讲话中,尤其是《在文艺工作座谈会上的讲话》和《在中国文联十大、中国作协九大开幕式上的讲话》等,不仅具体包含了传统马克思主义文艺理论中的文学本质(含作用与功能)、创作、作品、发生发展和接受批评五论,还独创性地提出了人民文学本质、文艺媒介、"精品"创作、人民文艺批评与文艺管理论等,这是从中国本土经验和优秀文化传统中概括与原创的,又立足中国当代国情、关注和解决中国当代问题、指导中国当下文学创作和批评实践的民族性与人民性的文艺理论思想,其本质就是"21世纪中国的马克思主义文艺理论",是对经典马克思主义文论的继承发展与创新。这对于当下实现伟大民族复兴、指导文艺创作与批评、建构中国文论话语、丰富马克思主义文论宝库等的具有重大学理与实践意义,也为从根本上改变我国文艺理论界长期失语或以西方文论为中心而亦步亦趋的现状,并提供中国的文艺理论话语成为可能。

Xi Jinping,the general secretary of the Communist Party of China,is not a specialized literary theorist,but he is rich in literary thought systematically. Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China（ CPC）,a series of important speeches have been given by General Secretary Xi Jinping,including＂Speech at the Symposium on Literature and Art＂and＂Speech at the 10 th Opening Ceremony of the Chinese Federation of Literary and Art Circles＂,which not only specifically contain the traditional Marxist literary theory of literary essence with the role and function,creation,works,development and acceptance of criticism on the five,but also creatively bring out the essence of people＇s literature,literary and artistic media,quality goods,the people＇s literary criticism and literary management theory etc. These are from China＇s local experience and excellent cultural tradition generally and originally,base on China＇s contemporary national conditions,attention to solve critical problems in China,and guide China＇s contemporary literary creation and criticism of the national character. The series creates the essence of the 21 st century China＇s Marxist theory of literature and art,the classic Marxist literary theory inheritance development and innovation. It is of great significance theoretically and practically to realize the national rejuvenation,to guide the creation and criticism of literature and art,to construct the discourse of Chinese literary theory and to enrich the treasure of Marxist literary theory and so on. It not only makes effects on that,but also on the change of long-term aphasia or the western Literary theory as the center and the status quo,which makes China＇s literary theory discourse possible.
